Lincoln Park Car Show, 25 Sept

The park is located directly under the El Paso spaghetti bowl and is a tribute to the Chicano heritage. Each of the support pillars to the interstate is painted with a unique mural which represents the Hispanic life here. The grounds are unique and provided for the perfect atmosphere for El Paso's annual low-rider competition. The competition and car show had a vast array of cars ranging from low-riders with hydraulics to mint condition classics from the 1940's; another feature of the gathering where the one-of-a-kind low-rider bicycles. Competitors came as far as Mexico and Las Vegas, Nevada.
